Hourly Rate (minimum charge £15):
        Weekdays (9:00-6:00): £24 per hour
        Evenings (6:00-10:00) and Weekends (9:00-5:00): £30 per hour

Call-Out Charge (from Milton-under-Wychwood - see "Service Areas"):
        No Charge within 12 miles
                      (e.g., Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow on the Wold, Northleach, Carterton, Witney, Chipping Norton)
        £20 up to 25 miles
                      (e.g. Stratford-upon-Avon, Broadway, Cheltenham, Lechlade, Abingdon, Oxford, Banbury)

Telephone/email support:
        £6 per 15 minutes, charged in units of 15 minutes.
        (Includes initial contact, plus research time and response back as appropriate)

Business Services (see "For Businesses"):

Retained support contract services for small businesses are arranged by individual agreement.   As a guideline, the typical contract fee for one half-day per week, on-site within 12 miles of Milton-Under-Wychwood, would be in the region of £350 per month.
